4. You Have Control Over Your Communication with Potential Customers and Customers:

Tuesday the 5th of March, we all lost access to Facebook and Instagram for a couple of hours. The truth is, if your business relies on social media to attract customers, you have absolutely no control over what happens with those channels. However, in the story of my life, I have never heard of email providers being down.
